The India International Jewellery Show included as part of the exhibition a series of  spectrum seminars with industry experts imparting knowledge of various jewelry business-related topics.

Naman Ajmera, Director, J K Diamonds Institute of Gems & Jewelry was one of the panelist at the IIJS Spectrum Seminar held on & Tapping the customer at every stage of her digital journey & The seminar was moderated by Mr. Prasad Kapre (CEO, Style Quotient Jewellery) along with Karishma Nagpal (Director VDB) and Himanshu Arora (Co-Founder, Social Panga). The discussion spanned around the importance of digital in retail as well as manufacturing/wholesale Jewelry businesses. The need for O2O (offline blended with online) and the use of digital as a service to customers and not just a marketing tool (specially for B2B).
